Are Your Products Tree Nut Free?
Our flour blends and all other ingredients are produced in an peanut and tree-nut free facility.
We do use coconut milk and although the FDA lists coconut on its list of tree nuts, coconut is actually a fruit (fibrous one-seeded drupe). Technically, coconut doesn’t even grow on a tree. The coconut palm is actually a woody perennial monocotyledon. Coconut is high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, and is considered a “functional food” because of its many health benefits beyond nutritional content.
